Monthly Article:
Hidden Emotions
This month's article is a lengthy one, so grab yourself
a cup of coffee or tea and sit back and ponder the hidden
emotions that pop into our lives from time to time.
We can go for months, even years, in emotional harmony
and then, WHAM! We are flooded with our red-faced, high-blood-pressure-fits
of stupidity and immature behavior.

Today's Gentle Reminder
==========================================================
Learning to
laugh at the silly things we do can make life so much
easier, that it makes me wonder why we spend so much time
being so dramatic about the little things that nag us
each day. Why do we flip out in traffic or smash our heads
against a wall because the washer won't work.
Worse yet why do we insist on taking depression so seriously?
Yes, depression can have serious consequences but rarely
does it have the strength to cause those serious effects
when we can laugh at ourselves for thinking those stupid
negative thoughts. Depression doesn't like to hang around
when it is being laughed at. The monster seems to lose
it's power when we see ourselves as simply rebuilding
after doing too much, yet often I observe snarls of distain
from faces on people that would want me to worship the
darkness, and are angry at my laughter, as if it were
sacrilege for me to laugh in the face of depression.
Let's learn to lighten up on depression! I am not saying
that depression is not painful I know it is...but I am
asking..must we worship and hold dearly to the thing?
Must we give it more respect than it deserves?

Quote of the month
==========================================================
"When
we are motivated by goals that have deep meaning, by dreams
that need completion, by pure love that needs expressing,
then we truly live life."
Greg Anderson (American author)
Today, I hope you find a dream to pursue and a love
to express.
