Today's Gentle Reminder
======================================================
I see it in your eyes. It is the pain and the belief that
you have failed. You believe you are damaged, that somewhere
deep within you there is a problem that you must hide. You
feel that you have really messed up your life.
Today's
Gentle Reminder is to remember that you came to this place
today because of habits and actions that you did in the
past. You made these decisions before you understood that
you were pushed and pulled by your energy waves.
Today,
we start fresh. Nothing that your were will be relevant
unless you have determined that it is worth keeping. You
will now know when and how to react to situations based
on your level on the wave cycle and so you will not create
the same end result.
Now
that you have read The Wave Riders your mind has expanded
and cannot be changed back again ...it is just old habits
that can creep back in. The debt or the broken relationships
that you see as part of you today will begin to become irrelevant
as they were created by who you were rather than who you
are about to become.
It
is okay to let it go.
Take care of yourself

Quote of the month
======================================================
Happiness
is not in our circumstances, but in ourselves. It is
not something we see, like a rainbow, or feel, like the
heat of a fire.
Happiness is something we are.

Research

"There
are about 25 good anti-depressants available, and almost
everyone can get some relief from one or more of them, Trivedi
says, but he and others are convinced that a "public
health dose" of exercise (30 minutes of moderate exertion
most days) can improve the outcome of drug treatment."

Storytime:
There
are many readers out there that have a great story to tell
about how they have handled difficult times or how others
have inspired them. Many are working through The Wave Riders
steps and improving their lives. We all have our times when
we find it difficult and we all have our little successes.
I want to share our stories in an upcoming book
(Submissions
will remain anonymous and names will only be kept on file
to prove authenticity. Read our online privacy policy regarding
your information. Stories are not verified and some submissions
may be spam that has been sent to me. I have provided those
stories only as interest or inspiration.)
Anonymous
story submission for this month...
For
years I hid within the closet of my depression. I looked
after my family but within me existed a soul that was dying.
I read the book and started to see myself differently. The
Wave Riders has shown me how to be who I always wanted
to be. I did not believe that it was possible to become
a
professional teacher and dancer. I believed for me that
was
over and yet today, here I am doing both. Whenever I forget
to stay in faith rather than fear I read your book again.
Rather than run to the fear I run to your book.
I
will always keep it close.
I
thought that there was nothing in life that would make me
feel excited, but you asked me..."What would you do
if you
could do anything"...I said I would teach and then
I said to
you: "But that is impossible now". You did not
listen and you
showed me how! You showed me how to get started with my
baby steps. You showed me how the world around me began
to support my desires and now there is so much that I want
to do. I know now when I forget to breath and I begin to
rise on my high wave and then I remember to slow it down.
I am not damaged any more. I love my friends and my new
life. You have shown me how to honor who I really am. I
felt
I was alone and separate from other human beings. Finding
out that there was nothing wrong with me and that there
are other people just like me gave me the strength to know
I belong. I wish that more people could have your book.
I wish I could tell everybody that sometimes you feel strange
and shy to admit that you are a wave rider but it is nothing
to be shy about. It is actually a reason to be proud.
All we have to do is to learn how to monitor our energy
waves.
I want to pass onto you Indigo the writer my enormous
grattitude for sharing this knowledge, telling us who we
are
and letting us know that we are okay. That we are not weird
people we are just different and so special too.
